A welcome sign is the first thing a guest reads, and this one has the joke already built in: a mama goose and her gosling, the little one holding a pink balloon, under a big pink bow with daisies and greenery, on a ground of pale pink stripes ruled with sage dotted lines. The rendered sample says “WELCOME — to — Katrina’s — BABY SHOWER” with a date line beneath; every one of those lines is yours to rewrite. It comes as one CORJL template in five print sizes, so the same artwork works on a cake table and at the front door.

What you get

  • One editable welcome sign template in five sizes: 8×10, 16×20, 18×24, 24×30 and 24×36 inches
  • Save as a JPEG or a PDF
  • Sample wording “WELCOME to Katrina’s Baby Shower” with an October 25th, 2031 date line
  • File only — no frame, easel, stand or print is shipped

Five sizes, five places

The artwork scales; what changes is where you put it.

  • 8×10 — a small frame on the gift table or beside the guest book. This is the one that prints at home: it fits a sheet of A4 or US Letter, portrait, with a narrow white margin — about 3 mm each side on A4 and about 6 mm on US Letter. If your printer cannot print that close to the edge, print it ‘fit to page’.
  • 16×20 — the smallest size that still reads across a room; it is a print-shop or photo-lab job, not a desktop printer.
  • 18×24 — sits on a floor easel at the door, which is what the first photo shows.
  • 24×30 — the shorter of the two large sizes, four-fifths the height of the 24×36; good against a blank wall behind a drinks table.
  • 24×36 — the tallest, for a hallway end or a doorway.

For anything from 16×20 up, send the PDF to a print shop and give them the size in inches. Mounting on foam board keeps a big sign flat inside a frame that has no glass.

How editing works

Your editor is CORJL, which runs in a browser window — not Canva, and nothing to install or download. Your access link is mailed by CORJL as the order completes, to whichever address the order was placed with. Give it a few minutes; if it does not show up, check the spam folder first, then contact us and we will send another. Create a free CORJL account when the link arrives, then open the sign on a laptop or desktop: at these sizes the layout is easier to judge on a big screen than on a phone.

You keep editing access for 90 days after the order. Pull your PDF and JPEG out while the window is open: from day 91 the link will not open the template. The saved files are yours to print a second time, at no extra cost.

Every text line can be replaced, including the “WELCOME” heading and the occasion. The artwork itself stays as drawn: the two geese, the pink balloon, the big bow, the daisies, the green sprigs, the sage dotted lines, the striped ground, the portrait shape and each of the five sizes.

Not included

Nothing physical: no printed poster, no frame, no easel, and no one edits the wording for you.

This copy is yours to use at the shower you are hosting; selling it on, or handing the file to another host, sits outside the licence.

What can be edited

  • All text fields are editable.
  • Artwork, template size and orientation cannot be changed.
  • Files/templates are sold as seen. You are responsible for editing the template yourself.

Prefer gingham to stripes? The same geese and bow exist as a pink gingham welcome sign on a separate page, and the striped family continues with the invitation and the water bottle label.

Can I change “BABY SHOWER” to “BABY SPRINKLE”?

Yes — the occasion line is editable text like the rest, so a sprinkle for a second baby is a retype, not a new purchase. The palette stays pink, so it still reads as a girl’s celebration.

Which size should I order first?

Decide where the sign goes before you print: 18×24 on an easel at the door is the common choice, and 8×10 for the gift table. All five come in the same purchase, so you can use a small one indoors and a large one at the entrance.

Will a home printer manage the bigger sizes?

No. A desktop printer stops at A4 or Letter, which covers the 8×10 only, and that leaves just a narrow margin to the sheet edge. From 16×20 up it is a print shop or photo lab job; give them the PDF and the size in inches.

Is the date line editable too?

It is a text field, so the date can be changed or deleted if you would rather leave it off. The bow and geese sit around it and stay put.

Where does this fit in the rest of the silly goose set?

The stripes, bows and daisies repeat across the SG1 shower designs, so this sign sits comfortably next to the striped invitation, the diaper raffle card and the place cards.

More in this range — matching pieces in the same artwork: pink gingham baby shower welcome sign, pink silly goose baby shower invitation, diaper raffle card, silly goose favour tag.
