One goose, one balloon, one birthday. The card has a white goose wearing a pink party hat, a pink balloon floating on its string, surrounded by daisies, small green stems and a soft pink ribbon that loops into bows at the corners, all over blush stripes ruled with sage dots. The sample line above the goose reads “One Silly Goose”; below it, “Please join us to celebrate Georgina’s 1ST BIRTHDAY” over a date block and an address.

What you get

  • One 5×7 inch portrait invitation and a matching 5×7 back
  • Print one per page, or lay several out on a sheet with cut marks
  • Export to JPEG or PDF
  • Digital files only; card, envelope and postage are yours to sort

The date block

Instead of a sentence, the date is set as a row: the weekday on the left, the day number inside a small pink circle in the middle, and the time range on the right — “SATURDAY · 25 · 12PM–2PM” in the sample, with the month written small above. It is a neat way to fit weekday, day and time into one line, and because it is built from text fields you can empty any part that does not apply: a Sunday party, or a start time with no end.

Under it come the street address, then the reply details — a phone number and a cut-off date.

How editing works

CORJL is the editor, and it is entirely in the browser — no software to install, no fonts to download. As soon as you buy, We email your CORJL access link to the address on your order. It is sent by hand rather than automatically, so allow a few hours; if it has not arrived, check your spam folder and contact us so we can resend it. If it has not appeared after a few minutes, look in spam, then tell us so we can resend. Set up a free CORJL account from that link and open the invitation on a laptop or desktop, where the detail on the daisy border is easier to read than on a phone.

Editing stays open for 90 days after the order. Download the JPEG and PDF before then, because at 90 days the template closes to you; the downloaded files print as often as you like afterwards.

All the wording is editable — the headline, the child’s name, the age, the whole date block, the address and the RSVP lines. The artwork is locked: goose, party hat, balloon, ribbon, daisies, sage dotted lines, striped ground, portrait shape, 5×7 size.

Not included

No card, envelope, stamp or printing service, and no one edits the invitation for you.

It is licensed for your own party: personal use only, not for resale and not for handing the file to another family.

What can be edited

  • All text fields are editable.
  • Artwork, template size and orientation cannot be changed.
  • Files/templates are sold as seen. You are responsible for editing the template yourself.

The stripes carry right through the SG1 birthday range — the welcome sign on the easel and the thank-you card use the same ground.

Can the card say “1st birthday” for a second birthday?

Yes, the age is a text field. Change it in the name block and leave the date block alone — they are separate lines, so a second birthday is one retype.

How does the card get to guests?

Print it, or send the JPEG by message. If you are posting, the finished card is 5×7 and takes a 5¼ × 7¼ in (133 × 184 mm) envelope; frame 8 of the listing shows it above a kraft envelope.

Is the back worth printing?

The back carries the stripe pattern, so it gives a printed card a finished reverse. Single-sided printing is perfectly fine if you would rather use fewer sheets.

Can I match the ribbon in the photos?

The photos use a soft blush satin ribbon, which is close to the palest stripe. A white or ivory card stock and a gold pen keep the whole thing pale and preppy; a strong pink fights the artwork.

Will the daisies print in the right colour?

They are intentionally soft, so they will look gentler on paper than on screen. Print one card before the full run and check it under the light the party will be in.

Is the whole card striped, or only the border?

The stripe runs edge to edge behind a cream panel, so the wording sits on a clear field. From a metre away it reads as a soft border; close up you can see the sage dotted rules between the bands.

Can I add a photo to it?

No — this layout is type and artwork only. The gingham thank-you card in this range is the piece with a photo panel.

More in this range — matching pieces in the same artwork: same invitation in pink gingham, first birthday welcome sign, silly goose thank you card, goose birthday banner.
