Mint Green Car Thank You Card, Folded 5x7 Printable

A thank you card with a small pale-mint car sitting front-on under a cluster of watercolour balloons, flanked by eucalyptus sprigs and fine gold fern, lettered “thank you” in black script and finished with a gold band along the bottom edge. It suits a drive-through or car-themed baby shower, a transport-mad toddler’s party, and any celebration where the invitation already had a vehicle on it.

It is a folded card: 5 × 7 inches flat, closing to 5 × 3.5. The message side is left blank, so what goes out is your handwriting, and the reverse carries a pale green wash so the card looks printed on both faces.

Printing and folding

The two-up pages are set for Letter paper. Score the centre line before creasing, then fold so the green wash ends up as the outside back and the car faces out. Cut just inside the crop marks rather than through them, or the card loses its even margin.

Matte card of about 250–300 gsm folds well and takes a pen. On A4 paper, skip the two-up sheet and send only the single-card JPG to the printer, set to 5 × 7.

Nothing here will hold the card: envelopes are not in the download. Buy 133 × 184 mm ones — the US A7 size — and the folded card sits inside comfortably.

What it is not

A finished printable rather than a template, so the car, the balloons, the script and the gold band stay exactly as they are. If you want to type a message inside and print it, you need an editable card instead. Personal use only; not for resale.

Can anything be written inside?

Not from this file. The inside is deliberately blank for handwriting, and nothing in the download can be edited or typed into.

Does the gold band shine?

It does not — it is printed colour designed to look gilded. Real metallic ink or foil is a print-shop finish, not something in the file.

How do I fold it?

Green side back, car facing out, crease through the middle. Score the line first and the fold will be clean instead of cracked.

How many cards from one sheet?

Two, on the two-up PDF or JPG. For twenty notes you need ten sheets.

Is this only for a drive-by shower?

No. The artwork is a car and balloons, which reads as a car-themed or drive-through party on its own — nothing on the card mentions a parade.
